Mae, also known as Elmo's Mother in Sesame Street, is a character who competed in Episode 4 of Get Ungrounded Trivia.

Appearances

Contrary to her canon counterpart, Elmo's mother has red fur and black hair that is tied to pigtails. She also has the lips.

Trivia

• Along with her husband, Elmo's Mom has a completely different appearance in Pappy's videos. In the original Sesame Street, she has orange fur rather than red (though her early appearance depicted her with red fur in the book When Is My Birthday? and in Episode 3940), and has purple hair (red in When Is My Birthday?). Compare to her husband, her design is less accurate due to having red fur instead of orange fur.
  • Pappy himself is aware about him not using Elmo's actual parents' design for his videos. It's unclear why they have drastically different appearance.
    • It is unknown why Pappy didn't make Elmo's parents accurately, or whether her name is still Mae.
