Episode 2 is the second episode of Get Ungrounded Trivia.
Plot[]
Boris introduces the contestants to the audience. The contestants are:
Boris briefly explains the rules before reading the first question.
Question 1: True or False? Cats say meow.
Cookie Monster buzzes in, and his answer is “cookie,” which was incorrect, to which Boris says “That was a true and false question, you moron!” and grounds Cookie Monster for 20 years. Rosie buzzes in, and her answer is “true,” which is correct, so she gets ungrounded for 20 years.
Question 2: Who was the first president of the United States?
Cookie Monster buzzes in, and his answer is “Cookie Man,” even though the United States has never had a president with that name, and as a result, Cookie Monster is grounded for 5 years. Johnny Test buzzes in, and his answer is “George Washington,” which is correct, so he is ungrounded for 5 years.
Question 3: What food is the Japanese Emperor not allowed to eat?
Cookie Monster buzzes in, and his answer is “cookie,” which is incorrect, so he is grounded for 50 years. Rosie buzzes in, and her answer is “Rhubarb,” which is also incorrect, so she is also grounded for 50 years. Johnny Test does not buzz in, so Boris reveals the correct answer to be “Pufferfish,” also known as “Fugu,” and proceeds to the next question.
Question 4: What number am I thinking of right now?
Cookie Monster buzzes in, and his answer is “cookie,” which is incorrect as it is not even a number. Cookie Monster requests a second chance, which Boris would not normally allow, but only for that question would he allow it, so Cookie Monster says his answer will not be “cookie.” He then proceeds to say “Oatmeal Raisin Cookie,” which gets on Boris’s nerves, leading him to say “Oh for Pete’s sake! No! The answer isn’t cookie, and it also isn’t oatmeal raisin cookie! Neither of those are numbers, you buffoon!” Boris would have grounded Cookie Monster for 100 years, but since he wasted his time, Cookie Monster is instead grounded for 1,000 years. Neither Rosie nor Johnny Test buzzed in, so Boris revealed the correct answer to be “24,397,” and then proceeded to the next question after the commercial break.
After the commercial break, the game resumed with question 5 being read.
Question 5: How far away is the Earth from the Sun?
Cookie Monster buzzes in and answers “cookie,” which is incorrect, but his score stays where it is. Rosie then buzzes in to answer “93 million miles,” which is correct, so she is ungrounded for 100 years.
Question 6: What are often referred to as the powerhouse of the cell?
Cookie Monster buzzes in and answers “cookie,” to which Boris says “answering Cookie for every question isn’t funny anymore,” and grounds Cookie Monster for 30 years. Johnny Test buzzes in and answers “mitochondria,” which is correct, so he gets ungrounded for 30 years.
Question 7: What shape is the musical instrument triangle?
Cookie Monster buzzes in and answers “cookie,” which Boris has had enough of, so Cookie Monster gets grounded for 100 years. Rosie buzzes in and answers “circle,” which is incorrect, so Rosie is also grounded for 100 years. Johnny Test buzzes in and answers “square,” which is also incorrect, so Johnny Test is also grounded for 100 years. Boris reveals the correct answer to be “Triangle,” and asks if the contestants need mental help, but then proceeds to another question.
Question 8: What is the largest land animal alive today?
All 3 contestants buzz in at the same time, but they then say “Is it the cookie?” one by one. Boris then puts a different question on the board.

Nobody buzzed in on that question, so all 3 contestants got grounded for an enormous number of years. Boris left the stage, and then another commercial break took place while the production crew tried to find a new host. A new host read question 10.
Question 10: What is the name of a flat round dessert food often with chocolate chips inside?
Cookie Monster says: “Oh! Me know this one!”, but Rosie buzzes in and answers “cookie” before Cookie Monster gets a chance, which was correct, but it upset Cookie Monster, who has been answering “cookie” for all the other questions. Cookie Monster then proceeds to eat Rosie, ending the episode.
