Episode 16 is (unironically) the sixteenth episode of Get Ungrounded Trivia.
Plot[]
Boris (as a prop image) introduces the contestants to the audience. The contestants are:
Without explaining the rules, Boris decides to begin the first question.
1. I don't really wanna go I don't really wanna stay But I really hope and pray Can we get it together Get it together (Mustard on the beat, ho) I put the new Forgi's on the G I trap until the bloody bottoms is underneath
Before Boris can finish reading the question, Microsoft Edge buzzes in and answers "Ohio". This answer is correct, but Boris deems this answer to be incorrect because he said the O word, so he declares all of the contestants grounded (although he actually sets all of their scores to a nonsensical value of Barack Obama's head). He then decides to go on a commercial break.
Suddenly, an orange with a monkey's face appears as some acoustic guitar music begins playing in the background. It remains there until the episode ends.

Trivia[]
- This is the first episode to be released in 2023.
- This episode is made as an April Fools' joke and is not canon.
- As the next episode being Episode 17 rather than 16, it can mean that the April Fools Special is officially treated as Episode 16 of the series.
