Get Ungrounded Trivia is a web series created by Pappy Animate 2012, and the series that started the franchise at large. It ran for 15 episodes across 10 months, from May 2021 to February 2022.

The first episode of the series was first uploaded to YouTube on May 2, 2021. Pappy Animate 2012 expected it to have results akin to those of a normal GoAnimate video, but it instead exploded in popularity. So many users requested him to make a sequel, so he made another "Get Ungrounded Trivia" video. This continued many times into the future.
On December 30, 2023, it was announced that the series would return soon.[1]

- According to Pappy Animate 2012, Get Ungrounded Trivia was never intended to have a second episode, and the reason why Get Ungrounded Trivia becomes a series is because it gains popularity after the first episode was released.
- As Pappy stated in a community post, 90 percent of contestants end up grounded once picked by the wheel, so it's suggested not to vote or change the subject of the vote if the voter is not okay with the character they voted to be grounded.
