Elena Márquez is the host of Elena's Get Ungrounded Trivia. She's best known for being Dora's Mother.
Description[]
Elena is Dora's mother in Dora the Explorer series as a supporting character that doesn't appear that much often. In the original show, Elena is a caring mother along with her husband Cole. Much like Boris, Elena in GoAnimate videos is usually a lunatic mother who often harshly punishes her daughter for many reasons, ranged from a massacre to extremely trivial thing.
Elena's name was never mentioned in the original cartoon show, so most GoAnimators call her Veena, the voice used for the character. After her name was revealed in Dora and the Lost City of Gold, Elena is mostly called the name from the movie.
Elena is noticeably more ruthless and violent in Roku Kun the Vyonder's videos.
Appearance[]
Elena is a woman with a purple dress, brown hair and darker skin. She's taller than Cole Márquez.
Times When Elena is a Contestant[]
Despite being the main host, there are some episodes where she is a contestant. These episodes are:
- Episode 5
- Episode 14
- Episode 24
- Episode 32
In those episodes, Elena never gets positive score, and always ends up getting lower score than the other two contestants.
Trivia[]
- Elena was going to be the co-host, but ended up becoming the main host as Boris' voice was broken.
- Before her name was revealed in Dora and the Lost City of Gold, Elena is erroneously called Veena. However, Veena is the name of the voice.
- Ironically, despite being the host of her own show, Elena never gets positive score and always gets the lowest score out of three contestants whenever she's a contestant.
- Cole's Get Ungrounded Trivia is the first Get Ungrounded Trivia series to have Elena get positive score.
- If not counting the Get Killed Trivia commercial in Episode 30, Elena is one of the only two characters that have been sent to the audience in Elena's Get Ungrounded Trivia, the other being Liu Kang.
- Elena only appeared once in the original Get Ungrounded Trivia, as a cameo in a commercial.
- Elena is the only character to be grounded forever three times if her score with takeover hosts are counted.
- GabrielDropOutFTW124's version of Elena and Roku-kun's version of her are two seperate characters and the former extremely despises the latter.
