April Fools' Day Special is the fifth miscellaneous episode of Elena's Get Ungrounded Trivia. It's an April Fools Joke that was released on April Fools' Day. There's no real episode of it. The only thing in the video is an image of Rick Astley rickrolling with Ruv's head pasted on while the word says RuvRoll'd.
