Cookie Monster is a character who has appeared as a contestant in many different Get Ungrounded Trivia series. He is obsessed with cookies, and he is best known for saying, "Is it the cookie?" in most of his appearances.
Barring one cameo, Cookie Monster did not compete in the first two season of Elena's Get Ungrounded Trivia until the first episode of Season 3.

Cookie Monster is a blue skinned Muppet with a blue shirt, blue shoes, and blue pants. He has no hair and he has black eyes. He has no nose, and a big mouth. He is about the same hight as Elmo.

- Both of these contestants appeared in the first Christmas Special.
- Cookie Monster is the first contestant Elena physically assaults in the episode where he is a contestant.
- In Elena's Get Ungrounded Trivia, Cookie Monster is the first contestant to be grounded forever as a joke rather than being hated by GabrielDropOutFTW124.
- Cookie Monster is the most frequent victim of being grounded forever throughout the entire Get Ungrounded Trivia (both original and fanmade).
- Although he usually answers "Is it the cookie?", he does change his answer at times.
