Beck, also known as the Mighty No. 9, is a character who competed in Episode 31 of Elena's Get Ungrounded Trivia. He's from an infamous Mega Man-esque indie game called Might No. 9.
Desciption[]
Beck and his game was created by Keiji Inafune, the main artist of Mega Man series, after he left Capcom after Capcom refused to make a new Mega Man game. As a result, Beck and his robot siblings are based on Mega Man characters. Unfortunately, Mighty No. 9's reputation is mixed due to the pizza like explosion effect, high difficulty, cheap death and the infamous American commercial that even the original creators hate it. The commercial spawns the "make the bad guy cry like an anime fan on prom night" meme. This line got a lot of negative feedback due to a majority of anime fans are also video game fans, not to mention Mega Man franchise (or to such extent, Mighty No. 9 itself) is also very anime-esque. They described it as "better than nothing" making even more people hate Mighty No. 9 despite it's merely a mistranslation.
Despite of this, Mighty No. 9 still has fans, although not as hated as Bubsy. People also began to warm up to him after his appearance in Mighty Gunvolt series.

- Unlike Cookie Monster and Ruv, Beck was voted by the viewers on the community tab featuring 5 choices with Bubsy, Diesel Busters, Gayloo, himself, and Miao Le Xing. He somehow recieved the most votes, confirming him to be the third contestant.
- In GabrielDropOutFTW124's videos, he's in a relationship with Bubsy as a mockery for being one of most hated video game characters. However, Beck isn't as hated as Bubsy and the character got better reputation as time goes by. GDOFTW124 himself hates neither characters as well.
